Zweiback
After checking out a friends blog (Joel and Lori Lord) who have a baby who is a week or so younger than Avery I got the idea to give Avery some Zweiback toast and here is what she thought of it...
at first she was curious
then she was happy
then she had to figure out what to do with it
and finally she enjoyed eating it.
She enjoyed it so much she became rather sad when we had to take it away :(

I'm glad you tried it! They love it so much. But gadzooks does it make a mess, no? Luckily we both have dogs, which at least partially solves that problem. This past weekend I found Zweiback crumbs in Carter's diaper - and she's still wearing onesies. How the heck did she get it in there?
