This weekend was so hot we played outside as much as possible. Grammie bought Avery some new chalk and she was so excited to use it between her bites of Graham crackers.
Jack swinging in his swing. He seems to like it more and more each day.
It was so hot we had lunch on the poach with grandpa on Friday. Avery loves to have picnics as she calls them!
I bought Avery two new swim suits so we tried them out this weekend. Here she is with her turkey getting ready to be hosed down outside while daddy washed the dog.
I took Jack to get weighted on Monday. He is just over six weeks and weighted 12 pounds 13 oz.

Clean Up
We took part in the neighborhood clean up on Saturday. Funny that it took us until we had 2 kids to do it, but never mind.
Avery helped somewhat, and Jack slept. Mostly cigarette butts, we are lucky to live in a such a nice neighborhood. We found a robin's egg, which made Avery's day. We took it home to look it up in my bird book, and Avery enjoyed searching through the pages. She was sad when she accidently crushed it though.
Revenge
Yesterday I was changing Jack's diaper and he peed. It shot all over the changing table and ran down to his clothing. So I stripped him down to wash him up and he peed on me. Enough to run down my shirt, pants, and pool on the floor.
So he got a bath.
Revenge is a dish best served lukewarm in a little blue tub.

Easter
Out of order Easter pictures. Some are out of focus too, because I didn't have my contacts in, and couldn't see what I was doing.
Jack asleep on his mother during Avery's nap. Normally he is awake then, making sure no one else sleeps besides his sister.
Avery helping open Jacks presents.
Avery's new Easter bunny from grandma and grandpa.
Avery feeding her mother some sweets.
Jacks reaction: you really ate that from her hands?
A suspicious look, wondering what we plan on doing while he sleeps.
Below, a backwards look at the egg hunt.
